Zale’s service lines currently encompass property and asset management; investment and loan sale advisory, space planning and design, construction and project management. Zale provides strategic direction to build diverse teams of professionals who bring their own perspective and creative solutions to solve the most complex real estate issues. We oversee the asset management portfolio, which includes more than 15 million square feet of commercial properties and over 13,000 multi-family residential units.
